Alpitour chooses LiveHelp®

A live chat integrated with the booking software used by travel agencies and the telephone switchboard software used by call center operators, on a browser in particular: this was Alpitour's need.

The customization of LiveHelp® developed by the Sostanza has provided a channel alternative and complementary to telephone: thanks to the management of queues and priorities, our live chat allows Alpitour to manage an average of 200 requests per day, out of a total of 11,000 agencies served.

In few hours' training at the headquarters of Alpitour, call center operators have gained the skills necessary to provide support efficiently and quickly, with great satisfaction by the travel agencies.
