LiveHelp: a live chat with the departments management

Customers often make very specific requests through the live chat


LiveHelp is the only chat with the feature of chat forwarding between agents and between departments ("multi-tenant" feature), to allow an effective management of incoming requests.
To canalize the customers' questions to avoid long watings, it is now possible to offer the user the chance to choose the specific room to refer to, after clicking on the chat button: to enable this feature you can edit the widget setting "Available departments" choosing the option "All departments".

The creation of differents department is an exclusive feature of the Business package, designed for companies that lead a significant amount of requests to the live chat channel. It is also possible to bind a single agent to a particular department, in order to offer a support as best as possible.
