To activate LiveHelp® you only need to insert a few HTML lines in the code of the website pages where you want the service to appear.

The user doesn’t need any software either: all he needs is a web browser.
By registering you can evaluate LiveHelp® for 15 days, free of charge and obligations, directly on your website.
The trial version allows to create a maximum of 3 rooms and 3 agents, that can be increased at the moment of purchase. No credit card requested until confirmation.
Check if you entered the correct email address: otherwise contact us and we will send the mail again.
If you still don’t receive the email, please check your junk mail.

If you don’t receive the message after seeing the confirmation page contact our assistance service and give us the ID number assigned to you.
In the activation email you will find the HTML code that has to be copied and pasted in the page where you want to give assistance.
You’ll also receive an address where the agents can login: you can insert it in a secure page on your website or send it via email. Alternatively the agents can access from the login page on our website.
Rooms are different areas the user can access.
For example if you have an e-commerce website you can create different rooms to provide technical or commercial assistance and the user, when clicking on the assistance button, will choose what room to use.

You can customize the template of the window of each room. Alternatively you can insert specific room-code, in selected page.
Yes, he/she can chat with different user at the same time, each one in a different tab.
Yes, when a user asks for assistance, in the information box you can see the URL of the page he comes from and also the city where he is from.
Yes, you can share the most common files by clicking the paperclip symbol in chat window.
Yes, you can see the conversations of the past 30 days both in the admin panel and in the agent's client, inside the tab where the chat is held (if the user has his cookies on). You can also export conversation and save them on your computer.
At the moment of purchase you can choose the number of months (from 1 to 24 months) you want.
Discounts vary in proportion to the duration.
Once you activate the trial version just click on "renew" in the home page of your administrator panel.

You can purchase by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. LiveHelp will be immediately active if payment is made via Paypal or credit card. If you pay by bank transfer you must send us a fax confirming the payment (with the CRO) before we can proceed with activation.
The new HTML5 agent's client is compatible with Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome for Windows and Safari for iOS.
Yes, LiveHelp® code is so simple that from the control panel you or your webmaster can modify background colours, insert a company logo and references.

Invoices are automatically generated by our system and are available in the admin panel, in the Home page, at the beginning of the month following the purchase.
